It All Started with a Passion for Food

Fig & Thyme was born from a dream and a deep love of food shared by founder Amber. What began in 2020 as a small event catering venture — Hello Grazing — quickly evolved into something much bigger.

Amber’s passion for bringing people together through food, laughter, and connection inspired the creation of Fig & Thyme: a vibrant, welcoming space that has become one of Plymouth’s standout brunch spots since 2022. Whether you're popping in for a lazy weekend brunch, catching up with friends over great coffee, or discovering one of our creative pop-up evenings — there’s always something special happening at F&T.

We’re also proud to offer private hire for those looking to celebrate, host, or gather in a unique, relaxed setting with incredible food and atmosphere.
